Hello! how can i remove oak tree drippings off outdoor fabric furniture. tried most everything with no luck?

the tree releases little dropplets that stain absolutely everything, from plants to cars to furniture. it all becomes black!! the backyard furniture (chair cushions) seem to be permanently stained. tried soap, bleach, peroxide, but nothing removed it.

What you've got is fungus (sooty mold) moving in on aphid droppings.

What are the cushions made of? Some fabrics, especially cottons, are permanently damaged by the fungus; others can be successfully bleached,

In the long run, the thing to do is to treat the tree:

you are right on!!! thank you so much.
i wish i had known this 5 years ago when i moved into this house and things started getting stained.
i still don´t know how to remove the stains but at least i know now how not to get any more.
