Is there a standard for grading used furniture?

What would be considered excellent, good, average, fair or poor condition and how does that translate to price? I have searched and can find no guidelines for furniture, only used books.

I think this is one of those grey areas. I have seen rubble labeled excellent condition in one antique store and true gems called fair in other. Part of the problem is anyone can be an antique dealer or used furniture dealer. Annoying, isn't it?
