Show me another »Should i get 2 loveseats or a sofa and a chair? i can get a good price on 2 loveseats..help!?
i feel it will be about the same amout of room..its me, my husband, our son, and my father inlaw lives with us..now we have a sofa and a chair but i feel two loveseats will give my son enough room to snuggle up on next to us. but, my husband is 6'5 and his dad is 6'2..what do you think...i know its a dumb question but i need someone elses help. thanks in advance.

I bought two love seats once thinking I would like it better than the traditional couch/ loveseat combo- then I was stuck with them for ten years. I hated it. Personally, I need a good recliner, and I don't like to fight over it so two is best with a couch because somebody always like to flop on the couch and loveseats don't cut it.

- You cannot comfortably stretch out on a love seat. Especially men the size of those in your family. We all say, "There will be no sleeping, stretching out on my new sofa!" Then the day comes when you realize that is what makes your living space a home. You'll likely violate the rule yourself first! LOL!
Go with a sofa and chair. Make it a reclining chair and a sofa w/a built in chaise (I have one, the QUEEN regularly holds court from her throne!) What ever you decide I would want a sofa. You can't lay down and stretch out on a love seat and fall asleep comfortably.0% 0 Votes

sofa and two chairs. it provides symmetry. covers the height of your family and also personal space. you can always move the chairs around the house too.0% 0 Votes -
- go with the 2 loveseats. they take up about as much space as a chair, but you can fit 2 on it. I have a couch and a love seat...never use the couch, and the love seat is big enough for me and the 3 grandkids!0% 0 Votes
